Hanover Medical Specialists uses an electronic health record and practice management system.  As such, ability to work with computers is highly preferred. 

  • CT Tech (PRN) - must be able to work when needed to fill in for vacations and absences
  • Float Nurse (Full-time) - must be able to work in all nursing positions.  Experience with EHR, phlebotomy and I.V.'s preferred.  Must have own transportation 
  • Front Desk Floater (full-time) - must be able to learn all front desk positions (Cashier, Receptionist, and Appointment Secretary) and work where needed.  must have own transportation
  • Patient Representatives - Thorough knowledge of major insurances and ability to explain them to patients
  • Certified Professional Coders - previous experience desired
  • Claims Analyst - experienced in filing major insurances and following up with denials 

 

  • Accountant/Internal Auditor
    • Audit accounting and financial data within the organization to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles, tax laws and government guidelines
    • Identify improper accounting or documentation and correct as needed
    • Reconcile accounts and make necessary corrections to accounts
    • Create and analyze reports to ensure financial information has been recorded accurately
    • Compile and analyze financial information to analyze costs vs. revenues, etc.
    • Requires a Bachelor's degreen in Accounting and 3+ years of experience in accounting.  Healthcare experience preferred.
    • Quickbooks experience is required
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounting concepts and tax laws is required
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Temporary position to start with potential for becoming permanent
